Urbana Opportunities Just for Alumni
We are offering all these unique opportunities to alumni because we know you care about InterVarsity and you care about missions. Whether you are in the workplace, still in school, or considering cross cultural or international ministry, you have a calling and Urbana 09 can give you the opportunity to meet God, and talk and listen to others about that calling. We hope you’ll come back to Urbana in St. Louis December 27-31, 2009.

Alumni Showcase Dinner and Tour Package

There is still time and space to sign up for the Alumni Showcase Dinner and Tour Package at Urbana. This is not only a great opportunity to get a glimpse at the InterVarsity of today , but gives you acces to two meals where you do not have to fight the crowds.
Package includes:
- Behind the Scenes Tour and Lunch (includes tour of the Urbana operations center, speakers area, NFL football locker room, etc.)
- InterVarsity Showcase Dinner with InterVarsity leadership and Urbana speakers

Details:
On December 28th, 29th or 31st, join an exclusive Behind the Scenes Lunch and Tour of the America's Center in addition to a special dinner at the Renaissance Grand Hotel. Not only will you avoid the rush of lunch and dinner for one day but you will get an inside view of the InterVarsity of today. (Lunch each day is on your own, so avoid the crowds and join us instead!)
The tours begin after the morning session at 12:30 PM with lunch and conclude before the 2:00pm seminar time. Then that same day, walk across the street to an InterVarsity Showcase Dinner at the Renaissance Grand Hotel. At the dinner, you'll hear from InterVarsity leadership and fellowship with other alumni before the evening session. To top it off, you will receive a useful InterVarsity Alumni shoulder bag containing a variety of gifts and resources which have a retail value of over $65.
This special offer is only available to 100 alumni per day and not to other Urbana guests. Simply choose the day you wish to participate. (This is not a fundraising event)

Other Alumni Opportunities:
- Alumni Manuscript Bible Study Groupings: During the morning manuscript Bible study time, there will be seating areas designated for alumni. If you would like to dig back into manuscript bible study with other alumni, look for areas with alumni balloons or alumni designations.
- Alumni Receptions: There will be receptions specifically for InterVarsity alumni at Urbana. Watch for information regarding these geographical and campus-based receptions in the coming weeks.
- Alumni Exhibit Booth: Make sure to stop by the InterVarsity Alumni Booth in the Exhibit Hall to say hi, share your InterVarsity story or get information on how you can stay connected to the InterVarsity of today.
