August 30 - The new academic year begins this month at the University of California in Berkeley. Pray for the InterVarsity graduate student chapter as they explore ways to reach out to incoming students and host their first-ever New Student Outreach on campus.
August 31 - Pray as this fall the InterVarsity chapter at the University of Vermont in Burlington prepares to launch an outreach to freshmen, an outdoor ministry, a service ministry, and Greek InterVarsity.
September 1 - Pray for InterVarsity students at Winona State University in Minnesota who are choosing to live in small freshman dorms rather than in off-campus housing so that they can better reach new students on campus.
September 2 - Pray for new staff interns and student leaders at the University of Hawai‘i at Hilo and Hawai‘i Community College as they seek to plant ‘ohana (family) groups in new communities on campus.
September 3 - Ask God for favor with administrators as InterVarsity plants a chapter at North Carolina Central University in Durham, and for opportunities to connect with freshmen and transfer students.
September 4 - Pray for the two new Greek InterVarsity chapter plants at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo and Grand Valley State University in Allendale. Ask the Lord to bring Greek students who are yearning for Christian community in their fraternity and sorority houses.
September 5 - Thank God for InterVarsity students Henry and Mark as this semester they launch a new Black Campus Ministries chapter at William Penn University in Oskaloosa, Iowa. Pray for encouragement and wisdom as they invite students to join them in ministry.
