January 10 - InterVarsity chapters at Bradley University, Knox College, and Richland Community College—all in Illinois—are hosting outreaches this month. Ask God to empower them to engage classmates in spiritual discussions, and to bring many into a relationship with him.
January 11 - Justin is an InterVarsity student leader leading a Bible study among his lacrosse teammates at Haverford College in Pennsylvania. Ask God to give him wisdom and to provide opportunities to reach athletes.
January 12 - God gave Troy and Jackie Tisthammer, at California’s Sonoma State University, many learning opportunities in the fall semester. Pray that they take what they have learned and skillfully apply it to their ministry.
January 13 - At the University of Texas at Dallas, pray for the small group planting effort being led by Lisa Jacob among black students. Ask the Lord to continue to bring students to their Bible study and that through it more black students on campus would encounter Jesus.
January 14 - Praise God for the LaFe chapter plant at the University of Arizona in Tucson, led by Ivanna Harrison and for the key students whom God has brought to the group. Pray that this group would continue to grow and be a place where the love of Jesus is ministered with grace and truth.
January 15 - Praise God for bringing new ministry partners for the ministry of Kevin Reifman at California State University, Fresno. Kevin is now able to minister on campus full-time; pray that this will open many more opportunities for students to hear and respond to the Gospel.
January 16 - Twenty-two students in our Mid-Atlantic region made first-time commitments to follow Jesus last semester! Join us in thanking God for them and pray that the Lord would guide them in the process of discipleship.
