January 31 - The city of Chicago has experienced racial tensions and those tensions permeate the campuses. Pray that God would bring healing to the city and campuses.
February 1 - Pray for wisdom and sensitivity to God’s leading for Justin Weber, an associate area director in our Lakes and Plains region, and his leadership team as they enter a season of transition.
February 2 - Praise God for the growth that the chapter at California State University Channel Islands has experienced. Nearly 100 students are now involved and over half are new Christians!
February 3 - Staff member Karla Myers is recruiting students for the West Virginia Rural Plunge in Appalachia. Pray that God would motivate students to join this program and that they would have their view of the Gospel broadened and transformed.
February 4 - Pray that God would use InterVarsity students at the University of Florida in Gainesville to befriend the many students on campus who struggle with depression, anxiety, and social anxiety.
February 5 - At North Carolina Central University, God has formed a core group of students passionate about expanding God’s kingdom on campus. Pray that these students continue to see what God wants to do at NCCU.
February 6 - Praise God with us for former InterVarsity President Alec Hill’s ongoing recovery from cancer. Pray for Alec as he continues the lengthy process of regaining his health following a bone marrow transplant.
