May 15 - Andrew and Lisa Ober are attempting to instill a culture of evangelism in the chapters they lead in southern Connecticut. Ask the Lord to give students a longing to share their faith with their peers on campus.
May 16 - Leah, an arts student at Purdue University Calumet, experienced the Lord powerfully at InterVarsity’s Urbana 15 in December and now has a passion for reaching artists on her campus. Praise God for encouraging students to take risks for him, and ask him to use Leah to bring many students to faith in Jesus.
May 17 - During the spring, InterVarsity’s MBA chapters at Northwestern University and the University of Chicago invite new students into leadership. Pray that fear or other barriers would not keep them from serving.
May 18 - Pray that the Lord would guide and encourage Danielle Flack, a newly appointed InterVarsity intern at Bradley University in Peoria, IL, as she begins ministering and developing ministry partners.
May 19 - Pray for Becky Luoh, InterVarsity’s coordinator for the Pacific region, as she juggles graduate studies and ministry on campus. Ask God to give Becky discretion to use her time wisely and spiritual encouragement for her academic work, which has improved her ministry skills.
May 20 - At California State University, Sacramento, Audrey Chan ministers to a fellowship that is growing in its understanding of multiethnicity. Ask the Holy Spirit to unify the chapter as they apply what they’re learning.
May 21 - Praise God that the University of Arizona chapter in Tucson has connected with over 45 people this semester in small group Bible studies. Ask the Lord to empower the chapter’s efforts to disciple these students.
