May 3 - Pray for InterVarsity staff members and student leaders in our New England region as they follow up with students who committed to learn more about Jesus during ServeUP, the region’s spring break service projects in New Orleans, LA, and Tampa, FL. Over 800 students participated and dozens made first-time faith decisions.
May 4 - As the semester ends, pray that new InterVarsity chapters at Iowa Western Community College in Council Bluffs, and the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and Metropolitan Community College, both in Omaha, would finish strong and continue reaching others with the Gospel.
May 5 - International students have been studying the Bible with an InterVarsity Arts Ministry chapter plant in New York City. Please pray that these students would come to faith in Jesus.
May 6 - InterVarsity Black Campus Ministries (BCM) staff members and students are planting new BCM chapters at Chicago State University and the University of Illinois at Chicago. Ask God to guide them as they invite their friends to get involved in chapter activities.
May 7 - Pray for the InterVarsity staff members planting an InterVarsity chapter at Laney College in Oakland, CA. Ask the Lord to give this group a clear missional vision.
May 8 - Great news! InterVarsity is planting a chapter at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Pray for Clay Cullaton and his family as they leave ministry in Florida. Join Clay in praying that he “would hear Jesus well and have confidence in every step in the coming season.”
May 9 - Praise God for a male student who envisions starting a Greek InterVarsity chapter at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. Pray that he would be bold in his faith and invite his fraternity brothers to join him in ministry.
