We use this form to let speakers know when, on what and why we want them to speak. It comes with a copy of InterVarsity's purpose statement and doctrinal basis, and our chapter's vision for the year is included. Staff should reference the policy on speakers and films for exceptions that warrant removing the paragraph in square brackets.
