Won't necessarily convince someone that multicultural worship is important, but is a fabulous resource for those of us that are already convinced and want to think more deeply about the whys as we strive to pass on this value.

A wonderful summary of stylistic differences, great for those unfamiliar with multicultural worship or just wanting a new lens through which to see differences--some obvious, some more latent--crucial to understanding Gospel and contemporary white evangelical worship.
