Last fall, the speaker at our fall conference was Al Anderson, InterVarsity’s regional director for the Northwest Region. He challenged the students to take radical risks in ministry to others—and they did.
Al told about how he and his roommates had been so into hospitality that they removed their dorm room door from its hinges so that people would have total access. So what did Joe and Jeremy, two student leaders, do when they returned to campus? They tried the same thing! It was going well until the housekeeping ladies came to put their dorm door back on. They arrived early on a Saturday morning, catching both guys a little unaware in their skivvies. Joe and Jeremy definitely learned about risking everything for the gospel!
