Many things compete for a student's time, especially worthwhile ministry opportunities. Do our studies have any eternal value?
We seldom know in advance what God is going to do with our experience of “tent duty” — those times of seemingly wasted faithful service and waiting. Often, the work God does is subterranean and mysterious.
Just like learning to tune an instrument, it takes time to tune into the voice of God.
