Family Camp

Family Camp is a time to step out of regular routines and be nourished spiritually as a family. Our vision for Family Camp is to create space and time apart for families of all ages and kinds to draw near to each other and to the Lord, and to build friendships with others. Our Family Camp offers worship, Scripture teaching, children's program, rest, family games and activities, and service projects. It's a great place to invite seekers to see what life in Christ can be like. And it's a great family vacation! Please join us this summer, and invite another family to join you!

Our speakers this year are Len and Hallie Cowan. The Cowans live in Northborough MA, where Len serves as Rector of Church of the Nativity and a wise adviser of clergy and church leaders around the region. Hallie is Assistant Regional Director for Prayer and Spiritual Formation for New England InterVarsity, and is a spiritual director and retreat leader. Len is also a beekeeper who produces his famous “Rector’s Nectar.” The bees make Hallie’s vegetable garden prosper; they have symbiotic hobbies! Len is currently learning how to do voice-overs, and Hallie can break an apple in half with her bare hands (assuming it's the right apple!). The Cowans have been married for 32 years, and share a passion for the spiritual nurture of Christian leaders, and for encouraging Christ-centered, healthy marriages and families. They believe, with Walter Trobisch, that "the family is the launching pad for the Gospel." The Cowans have two adult daughters and a son-in-law serving the Lord in New England.
