Administrative Assistant II - Multiethnic Initiatives

To advance the purpose of InterVarsity, this position will provide essential support for the National Director. It is a critical ministry that advances our vision to see students and faculty transformed, campuses renewed, and world changers developed.


  • Be a maturing disciple of Jesus Christ: growing in love for God, God's Word, God's people of every ethnicity and culture, and God's purposes in the world.
  • Managing a supervisor’s schedule and calendar as requested
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Process registrations including details for housing, travel and other logistics/special needs
  • Process expense reports and initiate financial transfers
  • Collecting and distributing information needed by a supervisor, campus staff, and or InterVarsity staff on other teams.
  • Contact vendors with details for travel, housing, meals, etc.
Job Status: Part-Time (10 hours per week) / Non-Exempt
