Area Director - Inland Northwest (Eastern Washington/Northern Idaho)

InterVarsity in the Northwest Region is seeking an Area Ministry Director for the Inland Northwest Area to establish and advance witnessing communities on campuses throughout Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. There are currently 3 campuses in this area.

The Area Ministry Director will recruit, train, and supervise Campus Staff Ministers who lead existing chapters, provide support for chapters where we do not yet have staff, and prepare to plant new chapters on campuses where none currently exist. This person will work in partnership with colleagues as a member of the Northwest Regional Leadership Team, to advance the overall work in that geography.

Successful candidates should show visionary leadership, networking, and financial partnership capabilities in the community, strong teamwork, and the ability to coach and train campus staff.
