Area Ministry Director - Metro DC & Eastern Maryland

To advance the mission and purpose of InterVarsity, an Area Ministry Director has significant shared leadership with the Regional Ministry Director within a region and has spiritual leadership and pastoral supervisory responsibility.

The Area Ministry Director will recruit, train, and supervise campus staff ministers who lead existing chapters on six campuses as well as on new campuses that we will plant in the future.  Existing chapters include Georgetown University, University of Maryland College Park, George Washington University, American University, Bowie State University, St. Mary’s College, and the College of Southern Maryland. This person will work as a member of the regional leadership team in the Mid-Atlantic region to advance the overall work in that geography.
