Area Ministry Director - Metro Detroit-Flint Area

InterVarsity in the Michigan Lower Peninsula is seeking an Area Ministry Director to establish and advance witnessing communities on campuses throughout the Metro Detroit-Flint Area.

The Area Ministry Director will recruit, train, and supervise Campus Staff Ministers who lead existing chapters, provide support for chapters where we do not yet have staff, and prepare to plant new chapters on campuses where none currently exist. This person will work in partnership with colleagues as a member of the Northwest Regional Leadership Team, to advance the overall work in that geography.

Successful candidates should show visionary leadership, adaptability and problem-solving capabilities, networking and financial partnership capabilities in the community, strong teamwork, and the ability to coach and train campus staff.
