Area Ministry Director - Tennessee

This is the vision of InterVarsity in Tennessee. We are following Jesus into his work of raising up students who are engaging the campus with the gospel to see missional disciples and communities formed among every student group, on every corner, of every campus. We want to empower students as sent disciples and leaders who multiply other disciples and plant missional communities that in turn multiply also.

We are looking for someone who will supervise current work in Tennessee.  He or she would then recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers in accordance with InterVarsity's vision to see revival on every corner of every campus.  The ideal candidate for this position is someone with grit, and perseverance; creativity and apostolic leadership; and the ability to work with a beautifully diverse campus staff. Every InterVarsity Staff Member raises a full ministry budget for their salary and benefits.  Campus Ministry Experience required.
