Associate Area Ministry Director - Middle Tennessee

We are looking for someone who will supervise current work at Vanderbilt University (2 chapters), Belmont University, and Austin Peay State University (plant) and as the Lord Jesus gives opportunity, work to plant partnerships at Tennessee State University and Fisk University, and Middle Tennessee State University.  He or she would then recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers in accordance with InterVarsity's vision to see revival on each and every campus.  The ideal candidate for this position is someone with grit and perseverance; creativity and apostolic leadership; and the ability to work with a beautifully diverse campus staff.  Every InterVarsity Staff Member raises a full ministry budget for their salary and benefits.  Campus Ministry Experience required.
