Campus Staff Minister - Asian American Chapter @ University of Maryland


The University of Maryland Asian American at College Park is the state’s flagship university and is seeking an Asian American Campus Staff Minister for the Asian American (AA) InterVarsity Chapter.

A staff at this chapter will have lots of opportunities to coach students, work with teachable and committed leaders, model and lead communal evangelism, and work with one of the biggest Asian American chapters in the region and with the only Asian American focused Christian ministry on campus.  A successful candidate should be resilient, have demonstrated experience and skill in identifying, developing and mobilizing missional men and women in an Asian American context, emotional intelligence and relational savvy, theological acumen, and the ability to develop and maintain church partnerships. All staff are expected to raise their ministry budget and will receive training to do.

A UMD campus minister would be expected to live in the College Park, MD area.
