Campus Staff Minister - Bucknell University

InterVarsity is seeking to hire a full or part-time Campus Staff Minister who will establish and advance witnessing communities at Bucknell University. Bucknell has a decades-long history with InterVarsity, and currently has a thriving Athletes InterVarsity chapter and a Greek chapter (fraternities and sororities).

New hires will join an established team of roughly a dozen other staff and volunteers in Central PA who can serve as an encouragement and support system. We are looking for staff candidates who are self-starting and flexible, get excited by taking risks and starting new things, can competently cross a variety of cultures, and who aren’t afraid of failure.

All staff are expected to raise their ministry budget and will receive training and assistance to do so. A portion of your funding will be available from a generous network of Bucknell InterVarsity alumni.

Prior InterVarsity experience is strongly recommended but not required.

Come be a part of what God is doing at Bucknell! Please contact Andrew Berg ( for more information and application materials
