Campus Staff Minister - Greater Philadelphia

The Greater Philadelphia Area encompasses 45+ colleges and universities serving over 200,000 undergraduates across the city of Philadelphia and Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, and Bucks Counties. While InterVarsity has a long history on some of these campuses, others have no campus ministry presence at all. We long to see every corner of every one of these campuses reached by the good news of Jesus.

InterVarsity is seeking to hire additional Campus Staff Ministers in Greater Philadelphia who will establish and advance witnessing communities at one or more of these campuses. New hires will join an established team of roughly 10 other staff and volunteers who can serve as an encouragement and support system. We are looking for staff candidates who are self-starting and flexible, get excited by taking risks and starting new things, can competently cross a variety of cultures, and who aren’t afraid of failure. All staff are expected to raise their ministry budget and will receive training and assistance to do so.

Come be a part of what God is doing in Greater Philadelphia!
