InterVarsity Christian Fellowship’s Graduate and Faculty Ministries (GFM) is seeking a Campus Staff Minister (CSM) for Texas A&M University. This CSM will oversee the campus ministry, establishing and advancing communities of graduate students, professional students and faculty who give expression to our core commitments.
Requirements
In addition to qualities all GFM Staff should possess, this person will need strong gifts in leadership and a commitment to evangelism. He/she will engage and initiate with a diversity of people, cast vision for a robust Christian presence in academic departments, and gather students and faculty into communities centered on mission. All staff are expected to raise their ministry budget and will receive training in Ministry Partner Development. All applicants must be able to express a strong sense of calling to this mission.
