Campus Staff Minister - University of North Carolina at Pembroke

The University of North Carolina at Pembroke is a campus of around 6,000 students.  Located in Pembroke, NC (in the eastern part of North Carolina, near Fayetteville), UNCP has had an InterVarsity chapter for the past 6 years.  The chapter is very ethnically diverse, matching the campus in lots of ways.  UNCP students are fun to work with, and eager to grow their community and in their relationships with Jesus.

The potential Campus Staff Minister would work with the small group of current students and student leaders to help grow the chapter on campus.  Willingness to take risks and to lead students in taking risks to reach their campus is a must.  A willingness to learn and lead around multi-ethnicity will be critical as well.  All staff are required to raise their ministry budget and will receive training in Ministry Partner Development.
