Description: InterVarsity Christian Fellowship’s Graduate and Faculty Ministries (GFM) is seeking a Campus Staff Minister (CSM) for UT-Austin.   Working closely with current InterVarsity staff, this CSM will support existing ministries of graduate and professional (law, MBA, medical) students, as well as a faculty community, by partnering with existing InterVarsity staff.  He or she may also be called up to plant an International student fellowship.

Requirements: This person will need strong gifts in leadership and a commitment to evangelism as well as pastoral strengths, organizational leadership and a love for the highest tiers of the university.  He/she will engage and initiate with a diversity of people, cast vision for a robust Christian presence in academic departments, and gather students and faculty into communities centered on mission.   All staff are expected to raise their ministry budget and will receive training in Ministry Partner Development.  All applicants must be able to express a strong sense of calling to this mission.  Full-time and part-time positions are available.
