Ministry Team Leader - University of Washington, Seattle

InterVarsity in the Northwest Region is seeking a Team Leader for the University of Washington, Seattle to advance the mission and purpose of InterVarsity by providing active modeling and leadership for a team of campus ministers that is a sub-set of the Area Ministry Staff Team.

The Team Leader will exercise spiritual leadership and pastoral supervision and is responsible for the campus work performed by members of this ministry team. This person will work in partnership with the Area Ministry Director of the Puget Sound to participate and be fully engaged in the area ministry team to set spiritual vision and direction, to contribute to the accomplishment of the team’s plans for spiritual growth and transformation, and to provide area leadership in specific areas.

Successful candidates should show visionary campus leadership, ability to develop student leaders, successfully recruit for discipleship and leadership training programs and ministry projects, strong teamwork, and the ability to coach and train campus staff.
