Program & Marketing Coordinator

To advance the purpose of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship and the Camp, this position will coordinate programs, communications and development that accelerate the ministry of InterVarsity.


  • Provide coordination in Programs to ensure speakers/teachers, program directors (PD’s) and summer staff fulfill responsibilities
  • Oversee Family Camp children’s curriculum development in conjunction with PD’s and speakers/teachers 
  • Serve as the Marketing Coordinator and oversee the development, mailing and emailing of camp publications
  • Create a 12-month marketing calendar and execute a corresponding plan
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of Camp website
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Camp Director
  • Raise financial support (amount to be determined)


  • Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Faith
  • Commitment to Camp’s mission and purpose
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years camp experience
  • Flexibility to work irregular and extended hours as required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft computer applications
