Regional Ministry Director - Surf and Turf

The newly minted Surf and Turf Region, comprised of campuses in Central California and Southern Nevada, is seeking a Regional Director. Historically, the Surf and Turf is known for giving care and attention towards healthy staff development, while also advancing the mission broadly. The region is diverse socio-economically, ethnically, and geographically, with campuses along the California coastline to in the agriculture-rich Central Valley and those in view of the Las Vegas Strip. Our campuses are mostly comprised of large state universities and lots of community colleges (large and small), with very few smaller, private schools. Many of our campuses are HSI’s (Hispanic Serving Institutions) and student demographics represent our ethnically and socio-economically diverse communities. We have a deep love for creativity, planting and taking evangelistic risks. Staff and students lead plus one planting and one of our goals is to reach athletes at every possible campus in our region. We are passionate about planting campuses and corners in our midst. Our staff are teachable and value having fun, working in teams, and empowering students to lead, in fact one of our mottos is “students can do it (lead).” We are ready for leadership in this new season and are seeking the Lord for the right fit. Might that be you?
