Regional Ministry Director - Virginia

The Regional Director will recruit, train, and supervise both area directors and campus staff as they build upon and plant thriving ministries on campuses across the state.  Given the small geographic nature of the region, the Regional Director of Virginia will have the unique opportunity to have a very hands-on role in the work of IV with area directors, campus staff, and with students.  

Successful candidates should show entrepreneurial gifting, networking capabilities in the community, and the ability to care and coach staff.  Five to seven years’ experience required.  The job will begin July 1, 2020.
