Sous Chef / Assistant Food Services Manager

To advance the purpose of InterVarsity, this position will organize assist the Food Service Manager and oversee the planning and production of meals for guests and staff. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide leadership in meal planning and production
  • Communicate information to Staff, Crew and Guests
  • Contribute to the effectiveness of the team
  • Maintain technical and professional growth and development

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Faith
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience  
  • Culinary School Certification
