InterVarsity is dedicated to renewing campuses through the gospel of Jesus Christ

During his time on staff with InterVarsity, Tim Lin has always been willing to follow God down unknown paths.

We are thankful for all those who continue to partner with us to bring students and faculty the gospel of Jesus Christ. In good economic times and bad, InterVarsity depends on our faithful donors, who enable us to accomplish our mission of seeing students and faculty transformed, campuses renewed, and world changers developed.

At Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY, staff worker Kate Schoenemann-Torrey hopes that through InterVarsity students will learn to use their undeniable gifts to honor the Lord and bring people into his kingdom. Many students do not know who they are without their music.

Eight Christian fellowships on the campus of Harvard University are affiliated with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, three chapters for undergraduate students and five chapters for graduate students. Those chapters sponsored a campus mission with Anglican Bishop N.T. Wright in mid-November in order to invite the broader campus to a dialogue on the issues of faith, hope and changing the world for the better.

In the heart of downtown Tampa, Florida, sits Telford House, an InterVarsity witnessing community brimming with ministry opportunities. This house, along with two others nearby, provides an InterVarsity presence at three Tampa campuses-the University of South Florida, the University of Tampa, and Hillsboro Community College.

In 2001 the number six haunted InterVarsity staff in San Diego. Six was the number of conversions the area had seen in the last year. It was after that that the team began to take evangelism much more seriously, and since that time over 900 students have become Christians.
