Senior Resource Developer International Student Ministry (INTERNAL ONLY)

To advance the purpose of InterVarsity, this position will provide and facilitate the development of resources for staff, students, and volunteers in international student ministry.


  • Be a maturing disciple of Jesus Christ: growing in love for God, God’s Word, God’s people of every ethnicity and culture, and God’s purposes in the world.
  • Advances the International Student Ministry in resource development
  • Work closely with the with other International Student Ministry (ISM) National Team and other ISM staff in identifying the key resources needed in ISM
  • ​Advances the International Student Ministry in a specific resource development
  • May serve as an active member of the ISM National Team, as needed
  • Ensure compliance with InterVarsity policies and procedures
  • Develop a funding base (amount to be determined)



  • Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Faith
  • A Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred
  • Prior experience with InterVarsity or other campus ministry
  • At least 5 years of prior experience with international student ministry
  • Proven track record in resource development
  • Leadership experience, strategy and vision
  • Prior experience and training in qualitative and quantitative research
  • Prior experience in the area of resource development
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in fund development and/or sales
  • A working knowledge of current Microsoft software applications (Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe
  • Demonstrated ability and commitment to work in a diverse team environment
