As InterVarsity/USA is a founding member of the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES), which includes more than 150 national student movements, there are also numerous opportunities abroad. The IFES is a community of movements with about 500,000 students in more than 150 countries, including InterVarsity in the USA. InterVarsity's relationship with IFES began prior to World War II and continues to be strong today.
