InterVarsity Press publishes books that reach not only students and faculty, but also thousands of readers around the world. InterVarsity campus chapters use a variety of InterVarsity Press books to spark thoughtful conversations about the Gospel.
While best-selling books like The God Delusion by Richard Dawkins popularize militant atheism, Inter-Varsity Press publishes books like The Dawkins Delusion by Alister McGrath and Joanna Collicutt McGrath that refute atheistic arguments from a biblical perspective.
InterVarsity Press also publishes instructive and inspiring books on evangelism such as Rick Richardson’s new book Reimagining Evangelism which helps Christians see evangelism as a journey of faith. Paul Little’s book How to Give Away Your Faith, a perennial favorite from the IVP Classics Series, challenges readers to be effective witnesses for Christ.
InterVarsity Press published 108 new titles in 2006-2007, including 2007 ECPA Christian Book Award winner The IVP Atlas of Bible History. Total sales were near $13,500,000.
