September 11 - As we look back 15 years since the violent acts of 9/11, continue to pray for the families of victims and others affected. Ask God also to establish InterVarsity students as peacemakers on and off their campuses.
September 12 - For new students, college is often their first time living away from their families. Pray that these foundational relationships would grow and that during this time parents would entrust their children to the Lord.
September 13 - Thank God for the rest and renewal that campus staff member Kevin Boyd received during his spring sabbatical. Pray that he would have a smooth transition as he returns to ministry at Wake Forest University in North Carolina.
September 14 - Praise God for the 14 new ministry interns this year in the Red River region! Pray for a smooth transition into new cities, new chapters, and new roles on campus.
September 15 - Today is the start of Hispanic Heritage Month, honoring Hispanic and Latino Americans. Many celebrations and expressions of Latin culture will take place on campuses across the country. Pray that these next four weeks would be a time of contemplation and empowerment as students embrace their ethnicity.
September 16 - Wesley and Mindy Flach are transitioning into new roles as co–team leaders of InterVarsity’s campus staff members in the Silicon Coast area of California. Ask God to help the team there as they work together and begin planting two new chapters.
September 17 - Pray for the InterVarsity International Student Ministry at Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne, that both Christian international and U.S. students would embrace and pursue cross-cultural friendships in order to reach out to the many international students on campus.
