August 10 - InterVarsity staff in the New England region gather for Regional Staff Conference today through August 13. Pray for good discussion and God’s direction as they make future ministry plans.
August 11 - Join InterVarsity staff and students in praying for 300 missional Christians to become active members of InterVarsity chapters in San Diego’s North County area during New Student Outreach events this fall.
August 12 - Praise God for the multitude of opportunities to plant new chapters in central Ohio! Pray for discernment as the staff team seeks God’s guidance about which campuses to establish InterVarsity communities on.
August 13 - Pray for Zane Pinkleton, a new staff member at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, and the student leaders as they establish small group witnessing communities in dorms for first-year students on campus.
August 14 - Ask God for creative inspiration for staff as they prepare programming, network with alumni, and plan activities for a faith-filled and fun 75th anniversary alumni reunion, set for October at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
August 15 - One hundred students and staff are attending the first Red River Asian American Leadership Conference today through August 17. Pray for students to live out their freedom in Christ as they lead in their chapters and take kingdom risks on campuses.
August 16 - Pray for InterVarsity staff at Belmont University in Nashville and East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, two recent chapter plants, as they gather missional students. Ask God to prepare Christian students to lead and disciple others through Bible study.
