DECEMBER 13-19

December 13 - Pray for wisdom for Paul Joyal, divisional director in western New England, and the staff team as they strategize to reach the 220,000 students at community colleges in their area that do not have an InterVarsity chapter.
December 14 - Benita Ki is planting new ethnic-specific small groups at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington. Pray that these small groups—one for Black Campus Ministries and another for Asian American and Pacific Islander students—flourish and become places of community and deeper discussion about identity.
December 15 - Pray that God would empower ministry among Greek InterVarsity students at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Ask that the Lord would grow a strong witnessing community on campus.
December 16 - At Rice University in Houston, Texas, 25 new graduate students connected with the Graduate & Faculty Ministries chapter on campus this fall. Pray that these students would learn to integrate their scholarship and faith.
December 17 - Praise God for 18 new commitments to Christ made over the semester in 33 small groups established on campuses in the north San Diego area! Pray that these communities would flourish and grow in love for God.
December 18 - Pray for healing and comfort for students and faculty at Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, which has experienced racist events and the death of an international student. Ask God to use InterVarsity students to be vessels of peace and restoration.
December 19 - Staff member Steve Lambert and the Greek InterVarsity students at Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant are praying that 177 CMU Greeks will attend Greek Conference 2016. Pray that God would bless recruiting efforts and that students would hear and respond to the Gospel during the spring conference.
