July 6 - Pray for InterVarsity students at California Maritime Academy in Vallejo to show God’s love and help their non-Christian friends consider God’s justice and purity as they travel together during the students’ summer training cruise.
July 7 - Students, churches, and the broader Hawaiian community gather through July 16 to listen, learn, and pray during the 10th annual immersion program Ho‘olohe Pono. Pray for participants to demonstrate God’s love and peace as they serve one another.
Also pray for Matthew Best and the 15 new chapter leaders who will disciple, train, and encourage their peers in Collegiate Black Christians at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Ask God to deepen their relationships with Jesus and each other as they pray together about God’s vision for ministry.
July 8 - Praise God for the new InterVarsity Link staff who participated in orientation last month. Pray for them as they develop new ministry partnerships for prayer and financial support while preparing to serve students overseas.
July 9 - Students from campuses in the Great Lakes East region are sharing the Gospel in East Asia this summer. Pray for effective spiritual conversations as participants engage in cross-cultural learning.
July 10 - InterVarsity is planting a chapter at Chapman University in Orange County, CA. Pray for the students who have shown initiative to serve as leaders, even as they are away from campus over the summer.
July 11 - International students at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign will continue meeting weekly in their family groups this summer. Pray that participants form deep friendships and that students arriving in the U.S. would join their community.
July 12 - Three students from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA, and staff member Liz Kidney are spending six weeks in Philadelphia for an Urban Project. Pray for spiritual growth and a renewed excitement for relational ministry in the fall when they are back on campus.
