Longing for revival, we catalyze movements that call every corner of every campus to follow Jesus.
This is the goal the Lord has put before us for the next 12 years—to establish witnessing communities on all 2,500 U.S. campuses with 1,000 or more students by 2030.
Reach the university. Spark revival everywhere.
The truth is, college may be the only place left in the U.S. where a genuine openness to spirituality, faith, and unanswered life questions can be found, yet thousands of campuses are still untouched by a gospel presence.
Over the past 75 years, we’ve seen 1 million+ world changers developed and 700 campuses reached. We rejoice in God’s work but do not hear him saying the work is done. Rather, we sense him leading revival, saying now is the time.
What will today's first graders find as freshmen on campuses in 2030?
The campus is our biggest opportunity to share the real hope of the gospel.
"We are longing for revival, a season of breakthrough in word, deed and power which ushers in a new normal of kingdom fruitfulness. This is not about planting InterVarsity's flag on every campus. This is about declaring God's glory on every campus." — Tom Lin, President
InterVarsity at Ventura College started the spring semester of 2018 with the prayer goal of seeing 10 students come to faith. God moved. The chapter grew from 12 students to over 60 in just five months, and the goal was met twofold with 20 students coming to faith!
Beau and Kristina Crosetto moved from California to Louisiana, the only state without an InterVarsity campus staff minister, to plant new witnessing communities. Then, students and staff from Mississippi and Texas spent Spring Break in Louisiana connecting with students on several campuses. We celebrate what God is doing!
