Outcome To Expect

Learn to be missional,
while still being authentic.

Jesus loves to form his disciples as they welcome skeptics and seekers. Let’s shepherd our communities to love others like Jesus does.

Bootstrap Themes

Think differently.

Understand how God is already at work in your relationships.

See differently.

Discern the spiritual journey of others.

Befriend differently.

Engage relationships like Jesus does.

Lead differently.

Transform your culture from top to bottom. Adjust your programs and leadership to welcome more skeptics and seekers without watering down the Gospel.

The Big Idea

Relational witnesses meet people where they’re at.

The 5 Thresholds Framework helps us discern where someone is at in their journey toward faith, and provides next steps you can take.

The Model

Walk with people from one threshold to the next.

Our mission is simple: lovingly lead individuals toward faith, one threshold at a time. While everyone’s journey is unique, we have learned that people often follow a predictable pattern toward faith. We will help you approach evangelism with compassion and confidence.
