Kelley Johnson became an Executive Vice President for InterVarsity in April of 2026. She provides leadership in the areas of human resources, workplace culture, talent management, leadership development, corporate communications, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).

Before joining InterVarsity, Kelley was a chief diversity officer for a Fortune 500 company and the founder of KEIRUS, a company that she later transformed into a tech start-up. For 10 years, she built a client base of Fortune 100 companies, mid-market firms, and non-profits through 100% organic growth.

Kelley is also an author, a Hogan-certified executive coach, and she chairs the Community Engagement Advisory Board for a municipality in the Dallas area. She lives in Texas with her husband and family and is a graduate of Texas Woman's University.
