Access Resources: University of Wisconsin - Superior
InterVarsity has assembled resources for the news media and other interested individuals who want additional information about the derecognition of the InterVarsity chapter on the University of Wisconsin-Superior campus. The university’s conditions for recognition violated basic constitutional rights. InterVarsity-Superior chapter sued the university to win reinstatement. The UW Board of Regents enacted a policy change at their meeting on Friday, December 8, 2006, aimed at addressing the issue. InterVarsity is thankful that the Regents acted to address the issue.
