JULY 13-19

July 13 - Pray for the staff and crew at Cedar Campus, an InterVarsity retreat and training center in Michigan, as they serve, minister to, and host close to 1,400 college students over the summer during various camping weeks and weekend events.

July 14 - InterVarsity President Alec Hill is asking people to pray for campus access today. A Day of Prayer has been declared to pray for campus access challenges facing chapters on the campuses of the California State University system.

Also three staff workers and 19 students from campuses in Oregon and Washington will share the Gospel through August 14 on a Global Project to East Asia. Pray for opportunities for spiritual conversations and that participants would model Christlike relationships.

July 15 - Praise God for the international students in the Northwest region who put their faith in Jesus during the last academic year. Pray for the Holy Spirit to move in the lives of others still considering Christianity.

July 16 - Graduate & Faculty Ministries (GFM) is hiring new staff members to reach students throughout the U.S. Pray for at least 40 candidates to minister on campuses and 10 new staff directors to foster growth and expand GFM.

July 17 - Chelir Grady, a staff worker at Texas Southern University in Houston, and Elle Knop, a staff member at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, were accepted into InterVarsity’s national chapter planting cohort. Pray as they establish ministries to international and Black students.

July 18 - Students are attending InterVarsity Leadership Institute this month at Cedar Campus. Pray for them to build community, hear from God, and share what they learn this fall on campus.

July 19 - Student athletes remain on campuses during the summer to train for their sports and take classes. Pray for InterVarsity chapter members to develop relationships with other athletes and share the message of Christ through Bible study.
