27 Thank God for the Central region’s Black Campus Ministries spring break trip to partner with Guyanese students in an evangelistic outreach on the University of Guyana campus. Eight students came to Christ and 25 more recommitted their lives to Jesus. InterVarsity students from both countries were encouraged.

28 Ask God to bring new staff candidates to work with fraternity and sorority students at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Pray that candidates respond as God calls them to serve on campus.

29 This summer, students from campuses in Tennessee are sharing the Gospel in Ghana. Pray for safe travel and that participants proclaim their faith and learn about rural evangelism as they partner with the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students.

30 A team of 10 students and staff from the University of Delaware in Newark are traveling in July to Cape Town, South Africa. Pray for boldness as participants share the Gospel and compassion as they serve.

31 InterVarsity staff have been working to establish a witnessing community at Malcolm X College in Chicago, IL. Pray for staff to develop relationships with students and connect with those who are inspired to reach the campus with the Gospel.

1 Ron Reisinger, area director in the Northwest region, helps lead a workshop today at the Association of Christians Ministering among Internationals Conference in Houston, TX. Pray for wisdom as he discusses the joys and challenges of cross-cultural ministry.

2 Pray for staff participating in the Great Lakes East Regional Staff Conference through June 7 as they seek God’s vision in forming strategic ministry plans and preparing outreach events for fall 2012.
