Roles & Responsibilities

  • Do life and ministry in community with students on campus. 
  • Develop and refine evangelism, cross cultural, and leadership skills while growing in personal spiritual formation. 
  • Discern a long-term call to global ministry.

Ministry Builder
Develop, equip, and empower students in a cross-cultural context.

Who should apply

Campus ministers with 5+ years of experience

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop language and cultural skills in placement country.
  • Partner with students and staff in evangelism, Bible Study, prayer, worship, and acts of service.
  • Provide spiritual mentorship and direction to student leaders and staff.

Ministry Planter
Work cross-culturally to plant ministry alongside local leadership.

Who should apply

Campus ministers with 5+ years of experience and with new ministry planting experience

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop language and cultural skills in placement country.
  • Gather students and form ministries on campuses where no ministry exists.
  • Identify, mentor, disciple, train and supervise student leaders.

Graduate students studying abroad and those considering bi-vocational work internationally.

  • As a graduate student, seek ways to be “salt and light” in the university to fellow students and faculty.
  • As part time staff, partner with students and staff in evangelism, Bible Study, prayer, worship, and acts of service.
