Faculty Ministry Staff - Boston, MA

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship’s Graduate & Faculty Ministries seeks a campus staff to serve faculty in Boston. With perhaps the highest density of higher education in the world, Boston hosts 60 colleges and universities. Imagine what would happen if a group of faculty met, prayed and dreamed about transforming the intellectual climate of their campus at each of these schools!

Currently faculty from ten colleges and universities attend the Boston Faculty Fellowship, a city-wide fellowship that meets twice a semester and hosts an annual retreat.

Candidates should be self-starters who demonstrate a passion for building witnessing communities, strong interpersonal skills, prior Christian leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate a dynamic relationship with the university. Theological education and/or advanced degrees are considered an asset.

The next Faculty GFM staff will meet regularly with the Boston GFM team, assist in creating and implementing Boston-wide programs and raise personal and ministry funds.

How to Apply

Only applicants who meet the following qualifications will be considered for next steps:

  • A graduate degree is preferred. A completed Bachelor's degree is required
  • Staff must raise the funds needed for their salary, benefits and ministry expenses from churches and individuals
