JULY 8-14

8 - More than 50 ministry interns from campuses in the western U.S. are attending the Western Cluster Intern Trek July 8-16. Pray that they incorporate their evangelism and multiethnic leadership skills into their ministry with students.
9 - Pray for participants in the 8th Ho’olohe Pono, today through July 21, on Oahu and Molokai islands. Ask God to help students serve the native Hawai’ian community well and that all have life-changing experiences with God.
10 - InterVarsity staff members across the country continue seeking prayer and financial partnerships as they share God’s truth on campuses. Pray for God to lead them to new ministry partners who will pray for and encourage their ministries.
11- Only three InterVarsity chapters are established on campuses throughout South Carolina. Pray for campus staff members as they seek God’s vision, love and serve students, and work to plant new witnessing communities on campuses across the state.
12 - Four InterVarsity chapters serve students at the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania—focusing on undergraduate, African American, Asian American, and fraternity and sorority students. Pray that chapter members would grow in spiritual maturity and love for non-Christians on campus.
13 - Praise God for more than 7,000 people who have registered for Urbana 12, InterVarsity’s student missions conference, this December 27-31. Pray that participants will seek God’s vision as they find their place in His global mission.
14 - Brian and Sandi Asker, InterVarsity staff in Minnesota, are leading a family group at InterVarsity’s Leadership Institute this month. Pray for grace as they develop friendships, deepen their relationships with God, and care for their two children.
Also: students at South Dakota State University in Brookings are gathering this summer for weekly fellowship. Pray that participants will respond to the Gospel and engage in plans to establish a witnessing community next fall on campus.
