JANUARY 12-18

January 12 -  Please pray for Nurses Christian Fellowship students to be equipped to ask assessment questions so they can give appropriate spiritual care to patients.

January 13 -  Pray for Ray, a Christian student, and for the football team at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, as InterVarsity begins a ministry to athletes there. Praise God that the coaches and chaplain have been supportive.

January 14 -  Thank God for establishing a weekly men's ministry brunch at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania, where 15 to 25 participants discuss discipleship issues like servant leadership and relationships.

January 15 -  Praise God for bringing Andrea Lama to the National Service Center in Madison, WI, to serve staff as executive assistant for the Collegiate Ministries Department.

January 16 -  Christian and non-Christian students throughout the Mid-Atlantic region are deciding whether to serve in the Baltimore Spring Break Urban Project. Pray for God’s guidance for them and clarity for the directors as they develop local partnerships.

January 17 -  Pray for students on east central Ohio campuses to grow in their ethnic identity and in their appreciation of peers from different backgrounds. Ask God to continue his work of racial reconciliation.

January 18 -  During a prayer breakfast in the Baltimore area, two faculty members from Towson University expressed interest in serving within Christian ministries on campus. Pray for good discussions as they develop partnerships with InterVarsity.
