Rob Dixon, D.I.S.

Senior Fellow for Gender Partnership

Rob Dixon has served on staff with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA for 25 years. Currently, he splits his time between two roles. As an Associate Regional Director, Rob supervises campus ministers and works to advance InterVarsity’s mission on college and university campuses in central California and southern Nevada.

Through the other half of his role, Rob serves as a Senior Fellow with the InterVarsity Institute, focusing on flourishing ministry partnerships between women and men. In this role, Rob coaches, trains, and consults churches and organizations around the country.

Women and men serving alongside one another has been an area of interest for Rob during his entire tenure with InterVarsity. That interest eventually led him into academia, and Rob graduated with a Doctor of Intercultural Studies degree in 2018 from Fuller Theological Seminary. His doctoral dissertation is entitled Together in Mission: A Model for Flourishing Male/Female Ministry Partnerships in InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA.

In September of 2021, Rob’s book, Together in Ministry: Women and Men in Flourishing Partnerships, was published by InterVarsity Press Academic.
