Zach Baldwin serves as the Director of InterVarsity’s Student Affairs Christian Network. He spent five years working for the VPSA of Rollins College while serving students as an InterVarsity campus minister. Over that time, Zach developed a deep appreciation for the work of student affairs professionals. Zach and his wife, Mandy, spend most of their free time exploring Walt Disney World and vintage road-side attractions around Florida.

Rev. Katrina Jenkins has worked in student affairs as a chaplain for over twenty years. She currently serves as the Dean of Religious & Spiritual Life at Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. “Rev” is passionate about spiritual retreat direction and building programming that explores the intersection of racial and religious identities. In addition to her campus work, she has served as a board member for the National Association for College and University Chaplains (NACUC; now part of the Association for Chaplaincy and Spiritual Life in Higher Education, ACSLHE) and the International Association of Chaplains in Higher Education (IACHE).

Rev. Bekah Estrada serves as the Director of Christian Life at the University of Southern California, as well as a campus minister with InterVarsity. She has a passion for exploring the intersection of faith, professional development, and social justice. In her role at USC, she offers guidance and discipleship to the 50+ Christian organizations on campus. Rev. Estrada is also a licensed minister in the Pacific Southwest Mennonite Conference.

Danny Chen serves as Area Director for InterVarsity's MidFlorida team, as well as Regional Asian American Ministries Coach for the state of Florida. Growing up as a "Third Culture Kid," Danny has extensive experience living in the "in-between" spaces of cultures, ethnicities, languages, and identities. Danny has woven these experiences into his ministry with college students, helping them to build multi-ethnic witnessing communities and to see how racial justice, equity, and reconciliation are imperative to the declaration of the Gospel.
