We invite you to make your favorite hot beverage and sit down for a delightful conversation with Father Murray Bodo (murraybodo.com). Father Murray is a Franciscan Friar who is an expert on the lives of St. Francis and St. Clare and has served as an advisor for the Franciscan Way. In addition to writing numerous books on Francis and Assisi, he has led pilgrimages to Assisi for over thirty-five years. This conversation was hosted by Jamie Noyd, Via Divina Core team member and Associate Director with Faculty Ministry.

Jo shares her story of burnout and finding joy on pilgrimage.
Jo Musker-Sherwood- After six years as the Founder Director of one of the UK's fastest growing climate NGOs, Jo experienced a profound burnout that left her unable to work for close to a year. As part of her recovery Jo began researching and developing strategies to support activists to build personal resilience and rediscover their joy in giving out to the world. Jo currently researches, writes, mentors, and consults on burnout prevention strategies for activists.
