Who are “those Christians” in your life? Maybe in your mind they’re even “those people who think they’re Christians.” What is the barrier between the two of you?

Because the Word of God, in whose defense we often make those assumptions, has much to say about being united with them.

No matter how you’re feeling about the election, this particular time in the life of our country provides a unique opportunity to be faithful witnesses to Jesus.

Finding community can be just as arduous a journey as finding Nemo. Especially if you forget people’s names like Dory or cling to your comfort zone like Marlin. Movie metaphors aside, finding community when you’re in a new place requires genuine commitment to the journey.

A leader to ensure that Urbana continues to boldly call students to follow Jesus with their whole lives.

April 24 - Pray for the chapter planting work that Jenna Garrison is doing at Monmouth University in New Jersey. Three new Bible studies have formed among athletes on campus. Pray that God uses them to draw many people into relationship with himself.

April 25 - At Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY, every InterVarsity small group currently has one person attending who has not yet professed faith in Jesus. Pray that each of these students would encounter the living God and give their lives to him.

April 17 - Pray for InterVarsity chapters at schools where campus access remains an issue. Pray especially for Greg Jao, our vice president of campus engagement—that as he meets with university leaders he would effectively communicate the value of InterVarsity’s ministry.
